ARLINGTON TOWERS / RIVER PLACE

The Arlington Towers were built during the early fifties in the neighborhood of Rosslyn in Arlington, Virginia. The "former Arlington Towers", now known as River Place, have some historic significance, as the complex was the first high-rise apartment facility of it's kind in Arlington County. Today, River Place is a popular cooperative which attracks many young urban professionals because of it's close proximity to the Wahington, D.C. Metro transit system in Rosslyn.
